Dr. James R. Miller is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 35 years of experience.

He completed his medical degree in 1986 and underwent residency training in both general surgery and plastic surgery. He has held positions such as chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Albany Memorial Hospital and assistant clinical professor of Surgery at Albany Medical College. He has also served as past president of the Upstate New York Society of Plastic Surgeons and has published research articles and textbook chapters in his field. Dr. Miller is a member of various medical organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Ohio Valley Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Surgeons. He is credentialed to perform surgery at TriPoint Medical Center, West Medical Center, and Mentor Surgery Center.
